APS Jaipur Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• PGT History: Two years Integrated Post Graduate MA/M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in concerned subject with at least 50% aggregate marks OR Post-Graduation with minimum 50% marks or equivalent grade and three-year integrated B.Ed./M.Ed. OR Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in History. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from an NCTE recognized university/institution with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Computer Application.
• PRT (Computer Science): B.E or B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree with 50% marks OR B.Sc (CS)/BCA with 50% marks. B.Ed. or equivalent degree from a recognized University with minimum 50% marks OR 02 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)/ 04 years B.El.Ed with minimum 50% marks in each. Proficiency in teaching in English and Hindi.
• Counsellor: Master's / Bachelor's in psychology (Clinical/ Counselling/ Applied/ Educational) OR Master's in Social Work (Mental Health / Counselling) OR Bachelor's/Master's in any subject + Diploma in School Counseling / Child Guidance and Counseling. The appointed person shall possess the competencies for SEL delivery, crisis intervention, identification of mental health concerns, parent/teacher sensitization, confidentiality etc. The appointed person must also undergo 50 hours of capacity building programs (CBPs) preferred by the Board for psycho-social counseling.
• Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC): Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer Literate. Knowledge of Computer MS Office (Speed 12000 key depression per hour). Basic knowledge of accounting. Preference will be given to an ex-serviceman in clerk category.
• Receptionist: Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (for Ex-Servicemen). Computer Literate. Knowledge of Computer MS Office (Speed 12000 key depression per hour). Basic knowledge of accounting. Good communication skills.
• CLT (Computer Lab Technician): Minimum 10+2 with one year diploma in Computer Science. Knowledge of Hardware, Peripheral and Networking.
• Science Lab Attendant: 10+2 with Science. Computer Literate.
• Nursing Assistant: 10+2 and diploma in nursing with minimum five years of experience (Preferably Female).
• Assistant Librarian: B.Lib. Science or Graduate with diploma in Library Science from a recognized institute and computer literate.
• Driver: Preferably matriculate or 10 years' service for Ex-Servicemen. Valid Driving License of Light/Heavy vehicle.
• Aayas (FW): At least 8th pass. Experience in any recognized school will preferred.
