Candidates must possess a Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those with a Post Graduate degree in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: as an ex-banker in a Nationalized Bank, Regional Rural Bank, or Private Bank; in banking-related fields, NBFCs, or Financial Institutions; as a Business Correspondent or BC-Coordinator; or as an Ex RSETI Director with at least 3 years of experience or Faculty with 5 years of experience.
