Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess an M.Sc., Integrated M.Sc., B.S-M.S. (Dual degree), or B.S. (with fourth year Research) in Physics, Chemistry, or Life Sciences from a recognized university. Minimum aggregate marks of 60% in B.Sc. and 55% in M.Sc. are required, with specific subject combinations as detailed in the official notification.

National Level Examinations

Applicants must have a valid certificate from at least one of the following exams: UGC-CSIR-NET Fellowship, JEST, ICMR-JRF Test, ICAR-JRF Test, DBT-JRF Biotechnology Eligibility Test, GATE in relevant subjects, or JGEEBILS. SLET/Lectureship qualifications are not eligible.
