Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Counselor FLCC Jabalpur: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Shall be computer literate, shall have proficient in basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, typing in local language.
• Faculty: Graduate (any i.e. Science/Commerce/Arts)/Post-Graduate; preference to MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/B.Sc.(Veterinary),B.Sc.(Horticulture),B.Sc.(Agri), B.Sc. (Agri Marketing)/B.A. with B.Ed. Shall have a flair for teaching and possess sound computer knowledge. Excellent communication skills in the local language essential.
• Attender: Shall be Matriculate. Ability to read and write local language preferred.
• Watchman cum Gardener: Should be passed 7th Standard. Should have experience preferably in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

Age Limit

• All Posts: Above 22 years and should be less than 65 years.

Salary / Stipend

• Counselor FLCC Jabalpur: Equivalent to last pay & allowances drawn less pension or Rs.25,000/- p.m. whichever is lower plus Rs.1,000/- lump sum for Mobile, Conveyance etc.
• Faculty: Rs.30000.00/- Consolidated
• Attender: Rs.14000.00/- Consolidated
• Watchman cum Gardener: Rs.12000.00/- Consolidated
