Private Secretary: Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree from a recognized University/Institute, at least two years of experience as a Personal Assistant or five years as a Stenographer and above in university/research establishments, Central/State Government, PSUs, or other autonomous bodies. Candidates must demonstrate English/Hindi stenography speed of 120 wpm English/100 wpm Hindi and type-writing speed of 40 wpm English or 35 wpm Hindi on a computer. Knowledge of computer applications is mandatory, with proficiency in English and good communication skills considered desirable.

Personal Assistant: Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University/Institute, proficiency in stenography in English/Hindi at a minimum of 100 w.p.m., typing proficiency of 40 wpm English or 35 wpm Hindi on a computer, and knowledge of computer applications.
