Post Details

The recruitment drive aims to fill 16 Junior Research Fellow positions in three engineering disciplines. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 37,000 plus HRA. The appointment is contractual for a specified period.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• JRF-01 (Mechanical Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering with First Class from a UGC recognized university and a valid GATE score (Paper code: ME) OR M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Class and B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering with First Class.
• JRF-02 (Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering with First Class and valid GATE score (Paper code: AE) OR M.E/M.Tech in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering with First Class and B.Tech/B.E in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering with First Class.
• JRF-03 (Electronics & Communication Engineering): B.Tech/B.E in ECE with First Class and valid GATE score (Paper code: EC) OR M.E/M.Tech in ECE with First Class and B.Tech/B.E in ECE with First Class.

• Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years

The selection will be based on shortlisting of candidates as per their valid GATE score and percentage of marks in the qualifying degree, followed by an interview. Candidates must bring all original documents and self-attested photocopies to the walk-in venue.
