Post Details

How to Apply

Candidates must appear in person for the Walk-in-Interview at the venue: Academic Block, 2nd Floor, ESI-PGIMSR & ESIC Medical College, Joka, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata – 700104. Reporting time is 09:30 AM to 10:30 AM on the respective date. No online application is required. Bring the following documents:

• Completed Application Form (Annexure-I) – typed in A4 size with double spacing
• Verification Slip (Annexure-II)
• Demand Draft for application fee (if applicable)
• NMC/State Medical Council Registration Certificate (original & self-attested copy)
• Educational certificates and mark sheets from Matriculation onwards
• Experience certificate (if any)
• Proof of age (Matriculation certificate/admit card)
• Caste/Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) in Government of India format
• Bond Clearance Certificate (if applicable)
• NOC from present employer (if working in government institution)
• 2 recent passport-size photographs

Important Instructions

• Candidates who have completed 3 years tenure as Senior Resident in any government institution are not eligible.
• Working Senior Residents must obtain NOC; total tenure including previous service shall not exceed 3 years.
• Candidates on bond are not eligible; bond clearance certificate required if bond completed.
• Reporting after 10:30 AM will lead to disqualification.
• DD must be issued after 11.05.2026.
• Security deposit of Rs. 32,000/- at joining; non-refundable if agreement terminated early.
• Private practice strictly prohibited.
• No TA/DA for joining.
• Offer for Super Specialty posts subject to engagement of teaching faculty in same specialty.
• Engagement is purely contractual with no right of confirmation.
• Dean reserves right to vary vacancies without assigning reason.
