Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies for the ESIC UDC Document Verification process:

• ESIC UDC Admit Card for the examination stage
• ESIC UDC Application Form printout
• Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License)
• Date of Birth Proof (10th Class Certificate or Birth Certificate)
• Educational Qualification Certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation mark sheets and degrees)
• Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable) – SC/ST/OBC/EWS as per government format
• Disability Certificate (if applicable) – issued by competent authority

Important Instructions

• Arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the reporting time to complete entry formalities.
• Carry all documents in a properly organized folder to avoid delays.
• Ensure photocopies are clear, legible, and self-attested with date and signature.
• No electronic devices such as mobile phones, smartwatches, or cameras are allowed inside the verification hall.
• Follow all COVID-19 safety protocols if applicable (e.g., mask, sanitizer).
