Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Doctor (Fulltime): MBBS with registration with medical council/medical commission. Must undergo training arranged by MOSJE/NISD within three months of joining IRCA.
• Project Coordinator cum Vocational Counselor: Graduate with 3 years experience in managing such centers or demonstrable capability, plus working knowledge of computers.
• Counselor/Social Worker/Psychologist: Graduation in social sciences (preferably Social Work/Psychology) with 1-2 years experience. Knowledge of English and one regional language. Preference for certificate in de-addiction counseling.
• Peer Educator: Literate; ex-drug user with 1-2 years sobriety; willing to work among drug users; good communication skills; agrees to refrain from drug use.
• Ward Boy: Class 8th pass with experience in hospitals/healthcare/de-addiction centers.
• Yoga Therapist/Dance/Music/Art Teacher: At least 3 years experience in the respective discipline.
• Chowkidar: 5th class pass; ex-serviceman or trained in civil defense/home guard; able to ride bicycle. Only male candidates eligible.
• Housekeeping Staff: 5th class pass or equivalent.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 42 years
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST/BC/EWS: 5 years; Ex-servicemen: 3 years in addition to length of service; Differently abled: 10 years. Maximum age limit after relaxation: 52 years.
