Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager (Civil – Maintenance): B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
• Joint General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Civil – Maintenance): B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
• Joint General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Civil- QA/QC): B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
• Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Civil-Underground/Tunnel/ Elevated): B.E / B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
• Deputy General Manager (Civil-Safety): Graduate in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering along with minimum one-year duration full time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Govt. recognized University / Institution /body.

Age Limit

• Maximum age as on 16.05.2026: Contract: 57 years, Deputation: 58 years, Post-superannuation: 62 years (for General Manager). Age varies for other posts.
• For all posts, the maximum age limit is 62 years.

• Joint General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Civil – Maintenance): Revised IDA scale of ₹ 90000-240000/ ₹ 80000-220000 / ₹70000-200000 (Approx. CTC ₹ 2.6 Lacs/₹ 2.4 Lacs/ ₹ 2.1 Lacs per month)
• Joint General Manager/ Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Civil- QA/QC): Revised IDA scale of ₹ 90000-240000/ ₹ 80000-220000 / ₹70000-200000 (Approx. CTC ₹ 2.6 Lacs/₹ 2.4 Lacs/ ₹ 2.1 Lacs per month)
• Sr. Deputy General Manager/ Deputy General Manager (Civil-Underground/Tunnel/ Elevated): Revised IDA scale of ₹ 80000-220000 / ₹70000-200000 (Approx. CTC ₹ 2.4 Lacs/ ₹ 2.1 Lacs per month)
• Deputy General Manager (Civil-Safety): Revised IDA scale of ₹ 70000-200000 (Approx. CTC ₹ 2.1 Lacs per month)
