GSSSB invites online applications for the post of Pharmacist/Compounder (Ayurveda), Class-3. A total of 184 vacancies are to be filled across various categories. The selected candidates will serve under the Directorate of AYUSH, Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat. The salary for the first 5 years is a fixed pay of Rs. 40,800 per month, followed by regular pay scale of Rs. 29,200 - 92,300 (Level-5, 7th CPC) after satisfactory completion of the initial period.

• Basic Computer Knowledge: Candidates must possess basic knowledge of computer operations.

Age Limit

Age limit is calculated as on 29-05-2026 (last date of application). Age relaxation is available for women, reserved categories, PwD, and Ex-servicemen as per Government of Gujarat rules.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a single-stage MCQ Examination (CBRT/OMR based) followed by Document Verification. The examination will have 210 questions for 210 marks with 3 hours duration. There is negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer.
