Alternatively, candidates with M.Tech in Computer Application, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Information Technology are eligible. Post-graduate degrees in Environmental Science or Geography with NET qualification and 2 years research experience, B.Sc (Agriculture) followed by M.Sc, or Ph.D in any science discipline also qualify.
• Young Professional-II: Candidates need a Master's degree in any Agriculture discipline, Remote Sensing and GIS, Geoinformatics, or Environmental Science. M.Tech degrees in Computer Application, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Information Technology are also acceptable.
• Young Professional-I: Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture, Botany, or Zoology.
