Post Details

ICFRE invites applications for the following contractual positions under the Centre of Excellence (CoE) project. These posts are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Research Associate-III (Ecology & Sustainable Land Management): Ph.D. in Forestry / Ecology / Environmental Science / Natural Resource Management / Restoration Ecology or related disciplines OR M.Sc. in relevant fields with NET (CSIR/UGC/ASRB) and minimum 5 years of research/project experience.
• Research Associate-III (Web / Knowledge Platform Support): B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science / IT / Web Technologies or related disciplines with 3-5 years of experience in web platforms/portals/LMS/dashboards/UI-UX.
• Database Manager (Digital Systems & Dashboard Support): B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/Diploma in IT / M.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Applications / Information Technology / Data Science / Geoinformatics with 2-3 years of experience in database development, web-based data handling, or digital platform support.
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Postgraduate degree in Forestry / Environmental Science / Ecology / Botany / GIS / Information Technology or related disciplines with NET (UGC/CSIR/ASRB) / GATE.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit for all posts is 35 years as of 30 April 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms: 5 years for SC/ST, Women, PH, and OBC candidates.
