Post Details

The recruitment drive covers Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor (Grade I & Grade II) positions in various Academic Units. All posts are permanent teaching faculty roles with pay scales as per 7th CPC.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (12-06-2026). Mere possession of minimum qualifications does not guarantee shortlisting.

Post-wise Essential Qualifications

Age Limit

All qualifications, experience, and age limit will be considered as on 12-06-2026. Fresh appointment beyond 60 years is discouraged except for exceptional candidates.

Application Fee

The application fee is to be paid online and is non-refundable. Fee is per department per post.

Selection Process

The selection will be through a three-stage process:

Stage 1 – Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized by respective Academic Units based on qualifications, experience, research contributions, etc. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.

Stage 2 – Teaching & Research Seminar: Shortlisted candidates must deliver a seminar before a committee. Personal presence is mandatory for residents of India.

Stage 3 – Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted in Stage 2 will be invited for an interview before the Selection Committee.

How to Apply

Candidates must apply through both the SAMARTH Portal and the Google Form. Applications submitted only through one mode will be rejected.

Step 1: Visit the SAMARTH Portal at https://iiestsrec.samarth.edu.in and fill the online application form from 20-05-2026 to 12-06-2026.

Step 2: Pay the application fee online and upload required documents.

Step 3: After final submission, download the filled application form and compile all documents as a single PDF in the order prescribed in Annexure-4 of the notification.

Step 4: Submit the compiled PDF through the Google Form at https://forms.gle/Mw6tKmTjTrP3Q3oW6 on or before 19-06-2026 up to 11:55 pm.

Documents required: Valid proof of citizenship/OCI, Date of Birth (10th certificate), category certificate (if applicable), all educational mark sheets and certificates (10th onwards), Ph.D. degree certificate, experience certificates, NOC (if employed), application fee receipt, credit point verification sheet (Annexure-2), and any other supporting documents.
