Selection Process

The selection will be through a three-stage process:

Stage 1 – Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized by respective Academic Units based on qualifications, experience, research contributions, etc. Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email.

Stage 2 – Teaching & Research Seminar: Shortlisted candidates must deliver a seminar before a committee. Personal presence is mandatory for residents of India.

Stage 3 – Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted in Stage 2 will be invited for an interview before the Selection Committee.

Candidates must apply through both the SAMARTH Portal and the Google Form. Applications submitted only through one mode will be rejected.

Step 1: Visit the SAMARTH Portal at https://iiestsrec.samarth.edu.in and fill the online application form from 20-05-2026 to 12-06-2026.

Step 2: Pay the application fee online and upload required documents.

Step 3: After final submission, download the filled application form and compile all documents as a single PDF in the order prescribed in Annexure-4 of the notification.

Step 4: Submit the compiled PDF through the Google Form at https://forms.gle/Mw6tKmTjTrP3Q3oW6 on or before 19-06-2026 up to 11:55 pm.

Associate Professor (Level 13A2): Ph.D. plus 6 years post-Ph.D. experience or 9 years total experience with 50 cumulative credit points. Professor (Level 14A): Ph.D. plus 10 years post-Ph.D. experience or 13 years total experience with 80 cumulative credit points.
These posts are exclusively for Backlog Reserved Vacancies – only candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) categories can apply against the respective reserved posts.
