Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date 01-05-2026. Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Freshers with the relevant educational qualification can apply; prior experience is not mandatory.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for Unreserved (UR) candidates is 27 years as on 01-05-2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India guidelines.

Application Fee

There is no application fee mentioned for this recruitment. Candidates are required to appear for the walk-in interview with the prescribed application form and documents. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Salary & Remuneration

Selected candidates will receive a total CTC of Rs. 30,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory deductions). Additional allowances include daily allowance for on-duty on-board in train, lodging charges, national holiday allowance, and medical insurance. A security deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft payable to IRCTC Ltd, New Delhi is required.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview. Candidates must submit the application form (attached with the notification) at the venue along with original documents, one set of attested photocopies, and two recent passport size photographs. Shortlisting will be based on credentials and performance in the personal interview. The engagement is subject to medical fitness and verification of antecedents. The contract may be terminated with one month's notice by either side.
