Selection Process

Selection will be based on merit determined by marks scored in the specified educational qualification. According to recent IREL notifications, approximate stipend rates are: Trade Apprentices receive ₹7,000-₹8,000 per month, Technician Apprentices receive ₹8,000-₹9,000 per month, and Graduate Apprentices receive ₹9,000-₹10,000 per month. No accommodation, TA, DA, or other financial assistance will be provided.
