Selection Process

The selection process consists of four stages:

Stage 1 - Application Scrutiny and Score Card-based Shortlisting

Applications are scrutinized for eligibility and shortlisting is based on Academic Score as per KVAFSU Score Card.

Stage 2 - Kannada Language Test (if applicable)

Candidates who did not study Kannada at SSLC level must qualify a Kannada Language Test (150 marks, 50% qualifying).

Stage 3 - Document Verification

Shortlisted candidates submit self-attested copies of documents and 3 sets of hard copies of application.

Stage 4 - Interview

Candidates clearing document verification are called for interview. Final selection as per Karnataka Act No. 1 of 2019.
