Post Details

MIDHANI invites applications for the following posts: Group General Manager (Production), Group General Manager (Projects), General Manager (Quality), General Manager (R&D), and General Manager (HR). Each post requires specific educational qualifications and extensive experience in relevant fields.

Eligibility Criteria

• Group General Manager (Production): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks and 20 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in production in a metallurgical process plant.
• Group General Manager (Projects): BE/B.Tech preferably Metallurgy/Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil with >=60% marks and 20 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 18 years of experience in setting up projects.
• General Manager (Quality): BE/B.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks and 17 years of experience OR ME/M.Tech with 15 years of experience in quality control in a metallurgical plant.
• General Manager (R&D): ME/M.Tech (Metallurgy / Material Science) with >=60% marks (PhD preferred) and 15 years of post-qualification experience in R&D.
• General Manager (HR): Degree preferably in Engineering/Physical Sciences plus a 2-year full-time PG in HR/PMIR/MBA(HR)/MSW and 20 years of post-qualification experience in HR.

Age Limit

The age limit for all posts is as per Government of India rules. Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.
