Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post:

• Professor: Post-Graduate Degree in Ayurveda in the concerned subject; 15 years teaching experience (10 years PG teaching); minimum 10 research publications; working knowledge of computer and AI.
• Associate Professor: PG Degree in Ayurveda; 10 years teaching experience (5 years PG); minimum 7 research publications; computer and AI knowledge.
• Assistant Professor: PG Degree in Ayurveda; minimum 3 research publications; Ph.D. desirable; computer and AI knowledge.
• Medical Officer: MD/MS (Ayurved) in relevant subject; 3 research publications desirable; computer and AI knowledge.
• Deputy Director (Admn. & Fin.): Officers of Central Govt. holding analogous post or Pay Level 10 with 3 years administrative experience.
• Accountant: B.Com or MBA in Financial Management or Chartered Accountant.
• Nursing Officer (Ayurveda): B.Sc Nursing (Ayush) or Diploma in Nursing & Pharmacy with 2 years experience; computer and AI knowledge.
• Librarian: Bachelor's degree in Library & Information Sciences; 2 years experience; computer and AI knowledge.
• Panchakarma Vaidya: MD (Ayurveda) in Panchkarma; 3 research publications desirable; computer and AI knowledge.
• Radiologist: MD in Radiology or MBBS with DNB Radiology and 2 years experience; registration with NMC and AERB.
• Jr. Translation Officer: Master's degree with Hindi/English as subject or medium; diploma/certificate in translation or 2 years experience.
• Pharmacist: 12th pass; Diploma in Ayush Nursing & Pharmacy or B.Pharma (Ayurved) with experience; computer and AI knowledge.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit varies by post (as on 20-06-2026):

• Professor: 55 years
• Associate Professor: 50 years
• Assistant Professor, Medical Officer, Panchakarma Vaidya, Radiologist: 40 years
• Deputy Director: 56 years
• Accountant, Nursing Officer, Jr. Translation Officer, Pharmacist: 30 years
• Librarian: 35 years
