Eligibility Criteria

Section Officer / Office Superintendent

Officers of Central Government / State Government / Union Territories holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 5 years' service in Level-6 (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) on regular basis. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University and certified computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and slide generation. Maximum age is 56 years as on the closing date.

Assistant

Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 6 years' service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200–92,300) on regular basis. A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University is required, along with passing the computer proficiency test as prescribed by the Staff Selection Commission. Maximum age is 56 years as on the closing date.

Stenographer Grade-I

Officers from Stenographer's cadre under Central Government / State Government / UTs holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 6 years' service in Level-5 (Rs. 29,200–92,300) or 10 years' service in Level-4 (Rs. 25,500–81,100) on regular basis. Must have a Graduate Degree from a recognized University, computer proficiency, and pass a skill test in stenography at 100 words per minute with transcription in English (40 minutes) or Hindi (55 minutes) on computer. Maximum age is 56 years as on the closing date.

Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 8 years' service in Level-2 (Rs. 19,900–63,200) on regular basis. Must have passed the 12th class from a recognized Board. Maximum age is 56 years as on the closing date.
