Eligibility Criteria
Data Entry Operator
Officers from Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Government Institutions holding analogous positions on a regular basis in their parent cadre or department are eligible. Candidates must possess an 'O' or 'A' level certificate in Information Technology from a government-recognized institute.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
Officers from Central Government, State Governments, or Union Territory Administrations holding analogous posts on a regular basis in their parent cadre or department qualify. Educational requirement includes passing the 12th class from a recognized board or equivalent institution.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for receipt of applications. Age relaxation benefits are applicable according to government rules and regulations for reserved categories and other specified cases.
Application Fee
No application fee is required for this recruitment process since it operates on a deputation basis through official nominations. Candidates are not required to make any payment during the application submission.
Selection Process
Selection will be conducted on a deputation basis, evaluating candidates through comprehensive document verification. The process includes assessment of bio-data in prescribed format, Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APAR) from 2020-21 to 2024-25, departmental enquiry and vigilance clearance certificates, integrity certificates, and records of any penalties imposed during the last decade. For Data Entry Operator positions, supporting documents for IT certification will be verified.
