Oil India Limited Special Recruitment Drive for PwBD 2026

Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, has officially released Advertisement No. HRAQ/REC-WP-B/26-148 dated 08.05.2026 for a Special Recruitment Drive for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) from Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. This drive aims to fill 49 backlog and shortfall reserved posts of Workpersons in various trades/disciplines at OIL’s Field Headquarters, Duliajan. The posts involve working in shifts in arduous and hazardous conditions in remote/far-flung OIL installations in Assam and Arunachal Pradesh.
