Applications are invited for 19 posts across various levels including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Chief Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Research & Consultancy roles. All positions are on a contract basis for one year, renewable subject to performance. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana. Consolidated monthly pay ranges from ₹35,822 to ₹2,25,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 29 April 2026. Preference is given to candidates with experience in rural banking, commercial banking, financial institutions, NBFCs, or MFIs. Work experience with SHG federations, community-based organizations, or NGOs is an added advantage. Candidates with criminal background, disciplinary proceedings, or involvement in frauds are not eligible. Those who have already attended two interviews with Stree Nidhi and were not selected need not apply. Individuals whose contract was terminated earlier are strictly ineligible. Working knowledge of Telugu is desirable for all posts.

Age Limit

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two stages: shortlisting of applications followed by a Personal Interview. Only candidates shortlisted at the discretion of Stree Nidhi (ratio not exceeding 1:5) will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. The decision of Stree Nidhi regarding shortlisting and selection shall be final.
