THSTI invites applications for the following project positions: Clinical Project Manager, Clinical Research Associate, Quality Manager, and Sr. Project Associate. All positions are contractual and based in Faridabad.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Clinical Project Manager: MBBS/BDS/BVSc with minimum 5 years experience in clinical project management OR Master's Degree/PG Diploma/PhD in Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences/Pharmacy/Public Health/Clinical Research with at least 5 years experience in clinical project management AND experience in clinical trial or public health project management in recognised organisation.
• Clinical Research Associate: Bachelors in Life Sciences with minimum 3 years relevant clinical trial monitoring experience OR Master's degree/PG Diploma in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Public Health/Healthcare with minimum 2 years relevant clinical trial monitoring experience; MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS/BPT preferred.
• Quality Manager: Post Graduate Degree including integrated PG degrees; valid GCP certificate; 2 years experience as Clinical Research Associate/Coordinator/Site Manager.
• Sr. Project Associate: Post graduate degree in Life Sciences with minimum 2 years experience in clinical research OR Professional degree in MBBS/BDS/BVSc/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BSMS/BNYS/B.Sc. Nursing/BPT/B.Pharm with minimum 1 year experience in clinical research OR PhD in Life Sciences with experience in clinical research; GCP certification mandatory.

Age Limit

• Up to 45 years.
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for UR PwBD, 13 years for OBC PwBD, 15 years for SC/ST PwBD, up to 5 years for Central Govt servants, institute employees to extent of service, Ex-servicemen to extent of service plus 3 years.

Salary

• Clinical Project Manager: Rs. 78,000/- + HRA
• Clinical Research Associate: Rs. 49,000/- + HRA
• Quality Manager: Rs. 56,000/- + HRA
• Sr. Project Associate: Rs. 42,000/- + HRA
