Candidates scoring between 100 to 120 marks (out of 200 scaled score) in TNEA have realistic chances in many private self-financing engineering colleges. Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) is the official single-window counselling system conducted by Anna University for admission to B.E./B.Tech programs in government, government-aided, and private engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu. The process is based on Class 12 board marks and does not require an entrance exam.
