Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in a B.Ed subject (such as Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Commerce, or Language) with at least 55% marks, along with an M.Ed degree with 55% marks. Alternatively, a Master’s in Sociology with 55% marks and a B.Ed or equivalent is acceptable. A Ph.D. in Sociology is also considered. For detailed eligibility, refer to the official notification.
Age Limit
As on 21 June 2025, the maximum age limit is 62 years. There is no minimum age requirement. Age relaxation is applicable as per UPESSC rules.
