Organization Overview

Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Sundargarh, under the Office of the CDM & PHO cum DMD, Sundargarh, DPMU-NHM, is a district-level health society implementing National Health Mission (NHM) programmes in Odisha. It aims to provide quality healthcare services through contractual medical and paramedical staff across various facilities.

Post Details

A total of 47 vacancies are announced for the following posts on a contractual basis till March 2027, subject to renewal. The remuneration ranges from Rs. 16,837 to Rs. 90,422 per month plus Performance Incentive (PI) up to 25%.

Eligibility Criteria

All candidates must have passed Odia up to M.E. standard. Candidates must hold valid registration from the respective Medical Council/Board as applicable to their post. No provisional registration is acceptable for AYUSH posts. Candidates previously disengaged from OSH & FW Society on administrative grounds are not eligible.

Age Limit

The lower age limit for all posts is 21 years as on 01-05-2026. Upper age limits vary by post as given below. Age relaxation for existing OSH & FW Society employees is available.

Selection Process

Selection is through Walk-in Interview only. No written examination. After registration (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM), candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and original documents will be verified. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to stay back for document verification. Candidates securing 50% or more marks in the Final Panel Merit List will be kept in the Panel with validity of 1 year.

How to Apply

There is no online application process. Candidates must appear directly for the Walk-in Interview at the scheduled venue on the respective date for their post. The prescribed application form must be downloaded from www.sundargarh.odisha.gov.in, filled in completely and brought to the Walk-in Interview along with all required documents. Registration will be from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on the day of the Walk-in Interview. No application will be received beyond 11:00 AM.

Documents to be Brought to the Walk-in Interview:

• Duly filled application form in prescribed format (downloaded from www.sundargarh.odisha.gov.in)
• All original certificates and testimonials in support of age, qualification and experience
• A set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates/testimonials
• Two recent passport size colour photographs (one self-attested for affixing on application form)
• Self-attested photocopy of Identity Proof (Voter ID Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Aadhar Card / Passport)
• Valid Registration Certificate from Odisha Council of Medical Registration (for MBBS posts) or Odisha State Council/Board of Ayurvedic/Homeopathy Medicine (for AYUSH posts)
• Internship completion certificate (for AYUSH MO posts)
• Conversion certificate (if marks are in CGPA/OGPA/GPA/CPI format) and AICTE/UGC recognition certificate wherever applicable
• No Objection Certificate from employer (for candidates currently working in Health Department on regular or contractual basis)
• Proof of PAR Rating such as PI Order or certification from employer (for OSH & FW Society employees claiming age relaxation/grace marks)
