Responsible for vetting Managed Service, Providers function point estimation & submit his/ her recommendation to UIDAI for further necessary action, Direct accountability and management of MSP on Function Points, Responsible for arriving at optimal function point based on the requirements co-operate with all stakeholders in this matter, Arrive to consensus on Function point with the MSP. May also follow alternate estimation methodology for verification of function point, Responsible for key Project management knowledge areas like Scope, Risk, Quality, Human Resource, Time, Cost, and Communication.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for estimating the sizing through FP Counting & Estimations according to IFPUG and Global standards
- Involved in project planning for sizing various components; defining and scheduling various sizing tasks, coordinating & scheduling interviews sessions with stakeholders
- Assist in project planning, WBS, and monitoring and controlling of the projects
- Designs and maintains function point documentation
- Assist and provide inputs to Senior Officers for sign-off on various deliverables, important/ routine matters
