IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Notification 2024 (financial year 2024-25) has been released by the Industrial Development Bank of India for 500 JAM posts. IDBI Assistant Manager Salary 2024: Initially, candidates will undergo a 6-month training phase during which they will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000. Following this, they will progress to a 2-month internship period with a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000. After successfully completing the probationary period and being formally appointed as Junior Assistant Manager Grade ‘O’ (JAM Grade ‘O’) employees, their total compensation (CTC) upon joining will fall within the range of Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh for those placed in Class A cities.
