Educational Qualification

Age Limit

As on 1 January 2025, candidates must be between 18 and 28 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable as per Chhattisgarh government rules:

• SC/ST/OBC: Up to 5 years
• Women (Chhattisgarh local): Additional relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen, Govt. Employees, Nagar Sainik: As per rules

Physical Standards (Male)

• Height: Minimum 168 cm (relaxation for ST candidates)
• Chest: 81-86 cm (minimum 5 cm expansion)

Note: Female candidates are exempted from certain physical measurements.

Application Fee

Note: Fee paid by Chhattisgarh local residents will be refunded after declaration of result as per government orders.

Selection Process

The selection consists of three stages:

1. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) – Already conducted; only PET-qualified candidates can apply.
2. Written Examination – 100 marks, 100 objective questions, duration 2 hours 15 minutes. No negative marking. Subjects include subject-specific knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and Analytical Ability.
