Applications are invited for the following posts: Lecturer, Teacher, PT Teacher, Computer Teacher, Assistant Teacher, Lab Assistant Teacher, Librarian, and Head Teacher (Primary). All posts are for English medium schools. The duration of engagement is 1 year, renewable based on performance.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be Indian citizens domiciled in Chhattisgarh. The entire education from Class 6 to post-graduation must be through English medium (except for Hindi/Sanskrit Lecturer posts). Relevant CG TET qualification is mandatory for Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and Head Teacher posts. Post-wise educational qualifications are detailed below.
Post-wise Educational Qualifications
- Lecturer: Postgraduate degree (minimum 2nd Division) in relevant subject + B.Ed. mandatory. English medium mandatory.
- Teacher (English): Graduation with minimum 45% marks + B.Ed. English medium mandatory. CG TET (Pre-Secondary) required.
- Teacher (Maths/Science/Social Science): Graduation with minimum 45% marks in relevant subject group + B.Ed. English medium mandatory. CG TET (Pre-Secondary) required.
- Teacher (Hindi/Sanskrit): Graduation (minimum 2nd Division) in Hindi/Sanskrit + B.Ed. CG TET (Pre-Secondary) required. English medium condition not applicable.
- Computer Teacher: Graduation in Computer Science/IT/Computer Applications (minimum 2nd Division). English medium preferred.
- PT Teacher: Higher Secondary + B.P.Ed. or graduation with B.P.Ed. English medium mandatory.
- Assistant Teacher: Higher Secondary (minimum 45% marks) + D.Ed./D.El.Ed. CG TET (Primary) mandatory. English medium mandatory.
- Lab Assistant Teacher: Higher Secondary (minimum 45% marks) in Science (Biology/Mathematics) + D.Ed./D.El.Ed. English medium mandatory.
- Head Teacher (Primary): Graduation (minimum 2nd Division) + D.Ed./D.El.Ed. CG TET (Primary) mandatory. English medium mandatory.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years as on 01 January 2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
