NABARD Development Assistant Selection Process:
The Candidates will be Recruited after the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) (Qualifying Nature) and Main Examination (Phase-II) Exam Conducted by the Board.
NABARD Development Assistant Syllabus 2022 – Exam Pattern:
Preliminary Examination (Online) –
- It will be bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi.
- It is only qualifying in nature and held for 100 Marks with the Duration of 60 minutes
- Note: There will be negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests in both the phases – 1/4th mark will be deducted as a penalty for each wrong answer.
Main Examination (Online):
- The marks of the Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) will not be added to preparing the final merit list for selection.
- Only the marks obtained in Main Examination (Phase-II), both in the Objective Test and the Descriptive Test, will be added for preparing the final merit list
- The Exam will be Held for 200 Marks for the Duration of 90 minutes for Objective Tests and 30 minutes for Descriptive tests
III. Language Proficiency Test:
- The details of the Language Proficiency Test to be conducted would be available on the NABARD website after the main examination.
- The Selected candidates/Waitlist candidates would require undergoing the LPT.
