UIIC Assistant Qualification 2023
For the Assistant post, candidates must have completed their Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized University in India. Along with academic qualifications, the candidate must know reading, writing, and speaking of regional language of the state of recruitment.
UIIC Assistant Selection Process 2023
Candidates applying for the UIIC Assistant post, are required to go through the stages of the selection process which involves an Online Test and a Regional Language Test.
Online Exam: The online exam consists of 5 sections and candidates will be assessed based on their knowledge of Reasoning, English, Numerical Ability, GK/General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. The exam is of 250 marks and it consists of 200 questions. The questions shall be MCQ-based.
Regional Language Test: Candidates who pass the Online examination will be subsequently selected for the Regional Language Test as part of the final selection process.
Final selection will be based on performance in the Online exam subject to qualifying in the Regional Language Test.
UIIC Assistant Salary 2023
Candidates who get selected for the UIIC Assistant post will be on probation for 6 months and they will be promoted as per their performance in that period. The initial salary of the Assistant post is Rs. 37,000 per month in Metro cities. The scale of pay is Rs. 22405-1305(1)-23710-1425(2)-26560-1605(5)-34585-1855(2)- 38295-2260(3)-45075-2345(2)-49765-2500(5)-62265.
Allowances beyond the basic salary may vary based on the place of posting. In addition to these allowances, other perks, including a Lump Sum Domiciliary Medical Benefits, Membership of Group Mediclaim Policy for reimbursement of Hospitalization expenses, Leave Travel Subsidy and other Staff welfare schemes would be as per the rules of the Company.
