Candidates should have not crossed the age of 40 years and certain age relaxation is provided to candidates of reserved category as per the Govt Norms.
WBSHFWS CHO Qualification
- Completed B.Sc. Nursing along with the Integrated CPCH Course, obtained on or after August 2020, from an institution acknowledged by the West Bengal Nursing Council.
- Candidates must possess a registration certificate, provisional certificate, or reciprocity endorsement from the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC).
- Applicants should be residents of West Bengal and possess the capability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Bengali.
- Proficiency in the local language and dialect is also required.
- Competency in MS Office and Internet
WBSHFWS CHO Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be done through a written test and interview. The Written Exam is 85 marks and Viva-voce is 15 marks. The total marks allotted is 100 Marks. A merit list of qualified candidates will be prepared.
WBSHFWS CHO Recruitment 2023 Salary
The monthly salary of WBSHFWS CHO is given below:
- Rs. 20, 000.00 per month (Increment as per NHM guideline)
- In addition, the CHOS will also get a maximum incentive of Rs.5000/- per month as Performance Linked Incentives based on approved parameters
